For their 15th anniversary, Belgian distributor Nectar cooperated with their friends at Cinoco to bottle 2 barrels of their exclusive products together. The choice was therefore made very quickly when tasting this Chairman’s Reserve Master Selection from St. Lucia and a Rhum JM from Martinique.
The 2005 Chairman’s Masters was distilled in both John Dore 1 and Vendôme Pot still and then matured for 15 years in a Bourbon cask.

Description
Nose : Both exotic and continental fruit in combination with almond and woody notes. Subtle aromas of Ethiopian coffee.
Mouth : It may remind you of a Grand Arôme Reunion. Lots of exotic fruits, burnt rubber, humus and undergrowth to be found. The oak wood notes from the nose are more spicy in the mouth.
Finish : Flavors of exotic fruits and marzipan linger in your pallet for a long time.
