CLÉMENT Colonne Créole
TRÈS VIEUX RHUM AGRICOLE
Given the success of the launch of the previous Colonne Creole White vintage, Clément enriches the experience and unveils its new Creole Column aged version. Distilled in the old columns of the distillery "Simon". They are small columns and entirely made of copper. This old rum Martiniquais was developed in exceptional conditions. The peculiarity of these columns lies in the exhaling of intense perfumes that give the rum a particularly expressive and round profile. This lot was chosen with care by the Maître de Chai and the oenologist of the House, Robert Peronet and Gaëlle Hardy. It is an assembly composed of rums aged between 3 and 10 years in red Bourbon casks. It is its gourmet and exotic notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate that rub shoulders with those of dates and subtle tobacco. The old Creole Column Clément marries roundness and sweetness. An elegant silkscreen is present on the front of the bottle, while his back reveals the secret of the Creole Column. A novelty of this House that will delight all lovers of the brand, novices and connoisseurs as collectors. This faithful representation of Clément productions succeeds once more in the marriage between tradition and modernity.
