Description
TASTING NOTES:
Nose:
Like a gentle stroll through a display of fine spices.
Black pepper, cumin, rice, a touch all in all starchy but also a little sweet is revealed with aromas of salted butter caramel.
Palate:
A gourmet and fruity rum. On the palate, it develops its aromas of red fruits (strawberries, red currants) and evolves into pure cane juice which thus recalls its raw material.
Finish:
Surprisingly, despite this rather easy entry into the material, the finish with a raised bitterness gives it a sublime balance.
