Description
Nose
Lively, fine. Pear, plum, pineapple and mango are the fruits he suggests initially. It evolves towards herbaceous notes, and lets its power express itself.
Mouth
Soft, almost sweet. The fruits are there in abundance, the flowers too (dandelion, broom). The spices (black pepper, cardamom) gradually come to coat the palate.
Final
Spicy and spicy, without losing its freshness.
