The rhum was distilled twice, first in the wash still Agatha followed by a run through the spirit still Danielle.
This rum has rested in an new american oak, medium toasted barrel.

Description
TASTING NOTES
A powerful nose of fresh cane steeped in sugar. On the palate, a gourmet attack with a fatty texture on notes of sabayon egg cream, followed by a drier profile, buttered rusk, toasted bread. The finish lingers on toasted notes with a hint of black pepper and a background of hard caramel.
