O Reizinho 6 Years Madeira Cask 70cl 52,6%Vol

Located in Santa Cruz on the island of Madeira, O Reizinho is the smallest distillery on the island. Officially registered since 2013, O Reizinho 6 year old Madera Cask rum is one of the oldest in its range. Distilled in a traditional Portuguese still, the agricultural rum matures for 6 years in Madeira barrels.
His nose surprises with its minerality. Spices and a nice woody touch fill the glass. In the mouth the attack is smooth. The dried fruits are reminiscent of the influence of the barrel. The wood flavor has melted. More vegetal notes appear in the middle of the palate for a herbaceous finish.
