Tasting:
Vwayaj will sublimate dishes halfway between Bretagne and Guadeloupe: oysters drizzled with peyi lemon, ouassous with seaweed and buckwheat. Finally, a cup of papaya-caramel ice cream with salted butter to the sound of traditional bagad music.
