Nuee ardente is a rum made from a complex blend of 7 exceptional rums that have been kept in wooden barrels between 9 and 17 years. The cuvée then undergoes a new refining in French oak casks that previously contained Cognac brandy.

Tasting:
Its woody nose is characterized by balsamic and liquorice aromas then punctuated by subtle notes of fig and roasting.
On the palate, the wood tannins are melted and evolve into hints of spices and toasted coffee.
On the finish, gourmet sensations of candied fruit blossom.
Its beautiful color, of an intense mahogany, develops golden and coppery reflections.
