A white tasting rum:
Creating a tasting white rum that can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a digestive, combining freshness and complexity, lightness and power, has been our goal for the development of Renaissance.
It has a particular personality and unique typicity thanks to a long fermentation of 5 to 6 days, the use of oenological yeasts, then a distillation in our all-copper still equipped with a small column, and finally a passage of a few days. in oak barrels (previously used for Cognac).

Description
The result of long work:
This pure cane juice rum has been patiently crafted with the same care and passion as that applied to each of our creations.
Bottled by hand, “Renaissance” is presented in a numbered decanter.
At the tasting:
On tasting, the color is luminous, brilliant with dazzling reflections.
On the nose:
The amount is supple, followed by complex notes of fresh cane, orange blossom and pastry cream.
On the palate:
The attack is silky, we find then the chewed cane, then arrive the flavors of meringue and vanilla accompanied by floral notes. The finish is delicious and very smooth.
For rum lovers, the discovery of “Renaissance” will be a journey beyond known borders.
