Description
Tasting:
On the nose, a slight sweetness gives way to aromas of roasting (coffee), candied fruit (fig) and undergrowth.
The palate, of remarkable length, is round and smooth, subtly sprinkled with notes of cinnamon, mocha and candied fruit.
Its color is luminous and of amber-mahogany intensity with coppery reflections.
This cuvée was bottled by hand in its precious bottle, at the Domaine, before being numbered by the cellar master.
