Made from the distillation of pure sugar cane juice exclusively harvested from the skirt of the Montagne Pelée, the Cuvée de La Montagne white rum is the result of unique know-how. Benefiting from a long fermentation associated with a very slow and fractional reduction of 60 days minimum as well as a maturation of 3 months minimum before bottling, this Cuvée de la Montagne Depaz develops an exceptional aromatic richness.

A fruity, floral and complex white rum, with a mineral touch specific to the canes grown on the volcanic rock present on the slopes of Mount Pelée.
MOUTH
Depaz Cuvée de La Montagne white rum offers a complex intensity and aromatic richness. The attack is soft and captivating and gives way to an exceptional bouquet, fruity sweet and honeyed with a very elegant floral touch. This is followed by a blend of sugarcane, orange blossom and banana notes combined with spicy notes of pepper and tobacco.
