Description
Barrel: Chene Americain, Chauffe Forte
Nose : A lot of exotic fruits of mango, guava and pineapple. Reminiscent of a Jamaican rum with a lot of esters and solvent. This combination forms a beautiful nose with hints of coffee and wood.
Mouth : Very powerful with, as in the nose, notes of exotic fruit and wood. More specifically fresh cedar wood.
Finish : Hints of cardamom and fresh peaches. Long finish with warm tary notes.
