Montebello Rhum Vieux Agricole 3 Ans 70cl 42%Vol

The first old rum from Montebello. An iconic bottle faithful to the very essence of the Distillery. The dress of this 3 years old is straw surrounded by tiled reflections. The nose opens with notes of brown sugar and flambéed banana enhanced with a slightly lemony dark chocolate. The texture on the palate is generous, the aromatic becomes more pastry with hints of crème brûlée sprinkled with vanilla. Bourbon casks bring a crunchy popcorn finish and some subtly integrated tannins. A perfect rum to sublimate cheese and / or dessert like a slice of Saint-Nectaire accompanied by a Mango Chutney or a Tourment d’Amour with Guava from the Saintes Archipelago.
