Description
Appearance: Deep warm amber.
Nose: Coffee, chocolate, a hint of pepper and cloves. Sweet, honeyed, but with the vegetal touch of sugarcane.
Palate:Â Initially peppery and slightly musty, with notes of cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon. Liquorice, and aromatic herbs. Rich and intense, full bodied, it then grows increasingly sweeter with chestnut and acacia honey. Raisins, dried figs, dates.
Finish:Â Sweet, mouthcoating, with notes of cola and brown sugar.
