A rum from the lgendary Caroni distillery, now closed forever. It’s a particularly elegant expression,relying on the nesse of its dry tanninsrather than on heavy tarry notes. Distinguished by a bouquet of cloves, a hint of cinnamon, orange blossoms andowery aromas, it starts with unusual nesse and then grows on spicy andstimulating notes of black liquorice, gentian root and unsugared deeplyroasted cofee.
