There’s still Diamond stills to explore for That Boutique-y Rum Company! After bottling up rum from the Versailles Still and the Port Mourant Still (plus a mystery still) that all call Guyana’s Diamond Distillery home, they’ve gone and got their hands on a 12 year old Diamond rum produced using the Savalle Still! This four column French Savalle Still was originally installed at the Uitvlugt Distillery, but eventually made its way to Diamond and has been busy ever since.
Batch 1 is a release of 406 bottles.
