This rum is part of the MBS mark of the Clarendon distillery, with an ester content of between 10 and 60 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol. Founded in 1780, the distillery is part of National Rums of Jamaica.

Description
Nose: opulent and refined, with notes of ripe apricot, creamy coconut and vanilla. The aroma develops with floral accents of iris, geranium honey and a light medicinal touch.
Mouth: elegant and dynamic, with tropical flavours of pineapple and ripe banana, supported by delicate sugar cane tannins. Candied citrus fruits refresh the palate.
Finish: long and complex, with notes of licorice, a subtle bitterness of gentian, and flavours of praline and tobacco. A rich hint of warm sugar cane lingers.
