This Cuvée was put into oak barrels in 2009, has patiently aged +11 years and has become a real beauty thanks to the tropical temperature of the Guadeloupe island. It bears the signature of Fernand REIMONENQ. It has a beautiful robe and palate. Perfect balance of spicy and fruity notes, with a woody flavour.
