TRACEABILITY: This cuvée comes from lot 64/23 selected by Chantal Comte in the Chais Saint Eloi 88. It was taken from this 5700 bottles silkscreened for Chantal Comte. Bottling in October 2023 (Lot R231002).

Description
NOSE: A captivating nose. With the touch of refreshing salt, is added the scent of ripe fig, sweet, greedy. Lychee and rose complete this aromatic palette definitely «Pink».
MOUTH: Fullness and voluptuousness. Beginning of interesting sweetness. The rose still exerts its spells and the palpable, sensual material of this rum adds to the pleasure of tasting. Long persistence.
PROOF: 55 % alc./vol.
SERVICE TIP: Traditionally, it is served pure at room temperature, like a grappa.
GOES WELL WITH: It will accompany masterfully seafood, poutargue, caviar and all smoked fish, as well as desserts with raspberry or rose, sorbets, vacherin, tiramisu, raspberry pie.
