Located in Carbet at an altitude of 245 metres, this especially steep parcel (35 degrees) called Clos Godinot is subject to significant temperature changes that mean the cane can be harvested with a high sugar content.

Rich and unctuous, the first nose is particularly fruity (cherry, blackcurrant) and captivatingly original.
On the palate, a peppery serene attack is followed by an intensity of heady florals rivalling with delicious white fruit and fresh cane juice flavors.
A long, fleshy finish, in perfect continuity with the palate, with a lovely fibrous texture (cane).
