This is an exceptional rum from Guyana. Distilled in 2003 in the Uitvlugt Savalle column still then already located at the Diamond Distillery. Aged tropical in an ex-Bourbon barrel followed by some continental years in new French oak.

Description
TASTING NOTES:
A sensual and elegant nose of salted butter caramel and hot brioche fresh from the oven. On the palate, the profile resembles certain exotic cognacs. Notes of passion fruit, mirabelle plum and vineyard peach are accompanied by notes of brioche and toast. The long but delicate finish brings us notes of nectarine and licorice stick. Delicate as you wish!
