Forgotten for years in a cellar in the south of the island, it reveals an aromatic profile typical of Anglo-Saxon rums.

Its nose reveals notes of citrus and cooked fruit supported by cigar box scents.
On the palate, the attack is woody and spicy.
It bears witness to the time spent in Palo Cortado barrels with its flavors of dried fruits and spices which linger for a finish with notes of noble waxed wood.
