ELABORATION:
The Dame-Jeanne FERRONI Series is made up of white rums from major sources.
These rums are meticulously selected for their quality, for their specific identity, characteristic of their terroir, or sometimes for their rare and original aromatic notes.
Each of these rums knows a rest in an open demijohn, from a few weeks to a few months, during which it will aerate and improve.
This ancient resting method is borrowed from the best eaux-de-vie in eastern France.
It works wonderfully with our rums. Dame-Jeanne FERRONI rums are all bottled at the traditional degree of the Royal Navy… 57% vol.
