In the 19th century, rum was a Marseille specialty. Ferroni rum has brought this vanished tradition back to life.
“Ambre Noir” is a blend of old rums selected by Guillaume Ferroni.
These rums are assembled to be aged in Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise barrels at Château des Creissauds, which gives it a very dark color reflecting all its aromatic intensity.
These rums are blended bringing floral notes and a frank attack of caramel and wood.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: aromas of rose, vanilla and woody notes.
Mouth: frank attack on caramel and wood. Floral notes are then brought by Muscat, which gives it a certain roundness and depth.
