Description
The color is tinted with gold and its reflections of copper.
The first nose reveals notes of easy peelers, toast and chocolate. After a very short aeration, mocha makes its appearance, followed closely by cooked fruit, pine resin and hot sugar.
The attack is supple and very sweet, the mocha settles in the mid-palate that it ends up dominating. Just before the finish, it’s an avalanche of prunes, bitter orange and nuts.
The finish is characterized by a sweet bitterness brought by melted tannins.
Pair with Davidoff Escurio (Dominican Republic) or poached carrot balls garnished with black tea and grilled sesame.
