Opthimus 25 Port Finish is an old rum aged using the solera method. After being aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, the Opthimus 25 whisky finish rum is refined in fine Malt Whisky barrels.

Description
Its nose opens with notes of grapes and ripe canes. A light woodiness fills the glass. On the palate, notes of candied fruit become toasted with aeration. Flavors of brown sugar stretch out for a finish of candied fruits.
