Sanblaj, whose name means “blend” in Creole, is made from various carefully selected rums distilled on the Pot Still in April 2021. Raised in the Papa Rouyo cellar, their aromas have been enhanced on contact with the staves. The toasting of the barrels varies in order to offer a rich palette of expression of the rums. Tasting Notes:
Sanblaj is a resolutely solar table rum. It embellishes a plate composed of cow cheeses (SaintNectaire in the first place) and sprinkled with nuts. On the other hand, it develops all its potential on desserts, and dialogues perfectly with a chocolate fondant, waffles or rum baba. Finally, it has been tested and approved on ice cream, dark chocolate flavors, latte coffee or Piedmont hazelnut.
