Eritaj Batch 2 is the second bottle in a “Single Cask” series, various barrels isolated by our Artisans for their exceptional aromatic profile and whose aging has been carefully monitored daily. If each batch has its own identity depending on the distillate, the type of barrel and the toasting method chosen, Eritaj Single Casks express both a farming method passed down for generations of farmers and the return to traditional distillation in pot stills.

Description
Tasting Notes:
Color: Amber color, slightly brick reflections, beautiful intensity.
Nose: The first notes evoke cocoa, bark of orange and a vegetal freshness.
After some minutes of aeration, the brown sugar, the caramel and the vanilla blend with encaustic aromas.
With a drop of water, a scent of coffee, fig and of toast accentuates the olfactory intensity.
Taste: The attack offers supple tannins. The middle of mouth reveals an opulence specific to the double distillation.
The retro-olfaction is dominated by a flavor of dark chocolate then crosses aromas empyreumatic with notes of bitter orange and of white pepper.
With a good length, Éritaj offers a complex and mineral profile.
