Description
Tasting Notes:
Nose: This rum still has the funky and estery notes of wood, glue, polishing wax and fermented fruit, but rather than explicitly peaty, it seems to have a maritime influence… perhaps a touch of seaweed?
Palate: It’s unadulterated Jamaican intensity: dry and balsamic, with juicy sugarcane and cinnamon… but also an unexpected touch of black coffee and a noticeable saltiness.
Finale: Long, hot, spicy, once again with a certain maritime salty influence.
