This fresh, fruity rum is a unique blend of two casks off very old traditional molasses rums distilled in a C20 column, and two other casks with rums distilled in a Savalle copper column.

Tasting notes by the distillery:
NOSE:
Fruity, balsamic, molasses/liquorice, minty and slightly waxy
PALATE:
Good balance with the nose: the dominant liquorice note can be found
FINISH:
Pleasant and typical of molasses rums with the noticeable influence of distillates from the Savalle copper column
