Notes of orange blossom and molasses, vanilla, coffee and caramel can be found, with a rich and soft taste of honey on the palate.
Each of these rums has been carefully selected, and embodies the excellence of Appleton Estate. The 1993 (29-year-old) and 2002 (20-year-old) vintages were selected from 13 and 20 barrels respectively, chosen from the nearly 200 000 barrels that age at Appleton Estate.
