Nose: first nose on varnish, adhesive then dry grapes, walnut and spices (black pepper, nutmeg, cumin)
Taste: the mouth is precise and well balanced on the gingerbread and liquorice
Finish: long and aromatic aftertaste on toasted/spiced notes
