7th Symphony is a rum blend of rums from Barbados and Marie Galante, which undergoes a second aging in multiple experimental cask types.
Aging takes place in New French oak barrel – American oak – black oak + Ambura, Minuzara, Acacia and Mahogany.
Famille Ricci is a rum of exceptional aromatic richness and endowed with great power, resulting in a very nice fragrance that coats the whole thing with a warm comfort. This version is bottled cask strength.

TASTING NOTES
The nose is fantastically rich, revealing notes of citrus, coconut, almond and cane. A very attractive profile that we could smell for long minutes. In the mouth, what a surprise! A profile of rare complexity and a texture that caresses the tongue. The whole tasting is underpinned by an incredibly delicious woodiness. It takes us on a journey through notes of citrus marmalade, candied coconut and lightly cooked cane juice. The white chocolate then arrives in a surprising way, with minty touches, before finishing on a melting caramel. A slap with a velvet hand!
